Yes. An agent will have the same information on the offer’s policy as you do on the app, but Explorers are expected to request their agent to activate specific Aira Access offers.
As an Explorer, if I want an agent to activate a free Aira Access offer for me, do I have to specify what offer at the beginning of a call?
