If you are an Explorer, an agent can deactivate the free offer at the beginning of a session if you are using the wrong Aira Access offer. You will then use your own minutes for the task if you choose to continue with the session, or see if your agent can activate another offer that you might be eligible for. If you are a Guest, you will need to hang up and call back with the correct offer.
